bildet die Arbeit an <strong>mikromechanischen Systemen (MEMS)<\/strong>. Der Fokus liegt dabei vor allem auf dem Design, der Entwicklung sowie der Herstellung von <strong>MEMS-Komponenten und Systemen<\/strong> f\u00fcr optische und akustische Anwendungen. Beispielhaft daf\u00fcr sind MEMS-Scanner f\u00fcr Weitwinkel-LIDAR Systeme, Schallwandler f\u00fcr Ultraschalluntersuchungen oder miniaturisierter Energy Harvester mit integrierten Mikromagneten.
