In dieser Vielfalt sehe ich eine gro\u00dfe Chance, um die Entwicklungen aus diesen Kompetenzbereichen noch st\u00e4rker zu kombinieren und bedarfsorientiert in Anwendungen zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.\u00ab<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr.-Ing. Diese Systeme finden in der Praxis u. a. ihren Einsatz in der <strong>Medizintechnik, Materialbearbeitung<\/strong> und der<strong> integrierten Quantentechnologie<\/strong>.
