Auf den hier erreichten Forschungsergebnissen baut nun die zweite Phase auf, in der die Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die wirtschaftliche Verwertung weiterentwickelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/icampus-cottbus.de\/\">iCamp\u00b5s<\/a>\u00a0ist ein\u00a0<strong>Projekt von sechs wissenschaftlichen Partnern<\/strong>: den zwei Leibniz-Instituten\u00a0FBH\u00a0und\u00a0IHP, den zwei Fraunhofer-Instituten\u00a0IPMS\u00a0und\u00a0IZM, der\u00a0BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg\u00a0sowie der Thiem-Research GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Als\u00a0<strong>Kooperationspartner<\/strong>\u00a0wird der iCamp\u00b5s durch\u00a0die\u00a0Forschungsfabrik Mikroelektronik Deutschland (FMD)\u00a0unterst\u00fctzt, die Zugang zu modernsten Forschungsinfrastrukturen und Technologien bietet, um u.a. Kleinserien zu fertigen. Weitere Partner sind der\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/innohub13.de\/\">Innovation Hub 13<\/a>\u00a0als Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und \u00d6ffentlichkeit in der Region.Zudem fungieren diverse regionale Firmen als assoziierte Partner.<\/p>\n<p>Die\u00a0Phase II des iCamp\u00b5s Cottbus\u00a0wurde am\u00a0Mittwoch, den 15.
