Die Fallen erfordern einen guten optischen Zugang sowie eine hohe elektrische und thermische Leitf\u00e4higkeit. Am Fraunhofer ILT werden fortschrittliche laserbasierte Herstellungsverfahren f\u00fcr die monolithische, segmentierte, lineare Mikrochip-Ionenfalle weiterentwickelt und an die Anforderungen einer innovativen Falle angepasst. Ausgangspunkt ist das zweistufige Verfahren Selektives Laser-induziertes \u00c4tzen (SLE), das im Gegensatz zu den etablierten Verfahren eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Flexibilit\u00e4t und dreidimensionale Geometriefreiheit beim Design der Ionenfallen erm\u00f6glicht und gleichzeitig eine h\u00f6here Pr\u00e4zision (&lt;1 \u03bcm) bei verringerter Komplexit\u00e4t der Fertigung bietet.
